If we drank every time we were targeted for a subscription service on Instagram or Pinterest we would all be probably be tipsy RN! There are TONS of box services out there and for every type of interest. I’ve tried 3 different types of subscription services over the last year and wanted to rank them here for you from worst to #1.
Beauty Over Bubbly started about a year ago as a creative outlet and an excuse to take pictures of makeup. At first Beauty Over Bubbly was a YouTube channel and Instagram account but I felt limited and uninspired after a few months. Around this time, I also realized I ran 3 different Instagram accounts and felt like I had to be a different person for each account. So, I took a month from posting and returned wanting to share everything I love in one place, one Instagram account. So I started integrating more of my style, the beers I like to drink (I’m a craft beer geek) and what I like to do on the weekends. Fast forward to sometime last month, I realized I didn’t love filming YouTube videos anymore but I liked writing and taking pictures so starting a blog was a natural next step. My very own digital brick and mortar! And yes, I doubted myself (and still do) because it’s is another blog in a sea FULL of them. But I like this outlet and I hope to continue sharing pieces of myself through this blog. Expect makeup reviews, affordable style posts, the beers I’m obsessed with and my fave hacks for living your best life on a budget. I hope that my honesty, style and tips keep you coming back to visit my little corner of the internet.
